Senior Software Engineer

You design and build web applications, portals and integrations for organisations, from architecture to delivery.

Profile
  • Master's in engineering or computer science, or an equivalent proven track record
  • At least 7 years of software development experience
  • Strong in C#/.NET or similar, TypeScript and SQL
  • Experience with integrations, APIs and cloud; AI experience is a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
Data & AI · Full-time · Remote

Data & AI Engineer

You turn data and AI into working solutions: from data pipelines to language models that process documents.

Profile
  • Master's in engineering, mathematics or statistics, or an equivalent proven track record
  • At least 5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics or machine learning
  • Strong in Python and SQL
  • Experience with language models and integrating them into business processes
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
Marketing · Full-time · Remote

Marketing Manager

You build the XMCI brand and make sure the right organisations find us: positioning, content, campaigns and market research.

Profile
  • Master's in business engineering or economics, or an equivalent proven track record
  • At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology or services
  • Analytically strong: you steer on numbers and results
  • Excellent Dutch and English; French is a plus
