Who we are

What data we process

• Contact form: the details you enter yourself, such as name, email address, organisation, phone number and your message.
• Website use: pages visited, clicks, scroll depth, load times, technical errors, device type, browser, screen size, language, and the country and city derived from your network connection. We do not store IP addresses.
• Email: messages you send us.

Why

• To answer your question and, if you wish, prepare a collaboration.
• To run the website, protect it against abuse and improve it.

We process this data based on your request (contact) and our legitimate interest (a secure, well-functioning website). We never sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only when you choose a language yourself do we remember that choice in a functional cookie. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam.

Who we share data with

We work with service providers that make the website and email technically possible: Cloudflare (hosting, security, storage) and Zoho (email). They process data only on our instructions.

How long

We keep contact requests and emails as long as needed to follow up on your question, and at most two years after the last contact. Website usage data is kept for at most twelve months.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing. Email info [at] xmci.eu to do so. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
